  • Carrier: We carefully select the carrier that offers the most efficient and cost-effective shipping for your specific order, which may include Canada Post Expedited Parcel or Canada Post Regular Parcel.
  • Delivery Time: Orders typically ship within 3-4 business days once the dimensions for the parcel are confirmed. Once shipped, your package will arrive within 2-7 business days, depending on your location within Canada.
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for all domestic orders. You’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated after the dimensions for the parcel are confirmed. We strive to find the most cost-effective shipping rates for our customers across Canada.

 

International Shipping (U.S.)

  • Carrier: For international orders to the U.S., we use USPS (United States Postal Service) as our standard shipping carrier.
  • Delivery Time: International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing times. Your package will typically arrive within 6-14 business days.
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for all international orders. You’ll receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

 

Shipping Restrictions

PO Box Addresses: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses at this time. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
